Once payment is received, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label for your originals.
We hand deliver to the NC Secretary of State Authentication Office on our next Tuesday or Thursday batch day, and ship your completed apostilled documents back to you with full tracking. Most clients receive their documents back within 3 weeks.
Local Triangle area clients can request mobile pickup and delivery instead of shipping.Document scans are used for review purposes only and deleted within 30 days of job completion.

If you have documents from multiple states, each must be handled in its issuing state. We’re happy to point you in the right direction. -
Yes — for countries in the Hague Apostille Convention (including India, China, Mexico, and most of Europe).
If your country is not a member, the process is different and outside our scope. We can confirm for you if you’re unsure.
Our service is complete when your apostilled documents are returned to you. Forwarding to international addresses is outside our scope.

Vital records must be certified copies — photocopies are not accepted.
Other documents may be eligible with a notarized “true copy” affidavit.
